What do you have to document (during the exam)?

As in analogue examination protocols, you document all special incidents, e.g. if a candidate answered a question with "No" before the examination and therefore the "Question Module" had to be reset. It is also important to record technical faults and behavioural problems on the part of the students, as far as you notice them (--> attempted cheating).
