Are there any regulations on withdrawing from an examination due to technical problems?

Yes. If permanent technical problems (malfunctions) lead to the non-attendance of the examination and these can be made credible, the non-attendance is assessed as a permitted withdrawal. This means that registration, admission and the examination attempt are deemed not to have taken place (§ 107c).
